Advancing IP & Licensing for More than 60 Years

In this Annual Report of the Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc., the Society highlights the achievements, activities, and events of the 2024-2025 year under the leadership of President and Chair Evelyn Chen. Evelyn completed her term of office at the 2025 Annual Meeting in October, and Michael Perham was elected and installed as President and Chair. His remarks at the LES Annual Meeting in Boston are published on Page 2, as well as his Q&A profile on Page 3.

Highlights include the Treasurer’s Report, in which Steve Holzen summarizes improved 2025 finances, identifies LES’ most significant financial challenges, and outlines actions LES is taking to improve future economic performance. The full financial report for 2025 compared with previous years can be reviewed on Page 5.
