Rachel has a long history with LES.  She became a member of LES in 2002.  She was very active in the public policy committee and is a past chair of that committee.  She joined the board in 2014 with a particular focus on public policy issues.  In 2019, she began her role as Counsel to LES.

Rachel currently has her own solo law practice and is working on a startup with people she met through LES.  Previously, she worked in-house at a pharmaceutical company where she worked on patent litigation, IP licensing, trademarks, and copyrights related to prescription drugs, OTC drugs, and dietary supplements.

Rachel earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. with a certificate in Intellectual Property from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
