Nicki Kennedy

Director

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP

Nicki Kennedy is a partner and co-team leader of the Chemical & Life Sciences team at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP. She is a seasoned Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) litigator with experience in gene therapy, industrial chemical, and battery cases. Nicki also successfully manages global patent portfolios, including opposition and invalidity trials. Ms. Kennedy has been involved with LES since 2011 and was a chair of the CEEM Sector (now Physical Sciences). Nicki earned her B.S. degree from Randolph-Macon College and her J.D. from Columbus School of Law (Catholic University of America). She began her career working in a start-up pharmaceutical company and then as an examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
