Cloud Services and Software Committee

Mission Statement
The Cloud Services and Software Committee's mission is to support the High Tech Sector's stated objectives, with a focus on issues relating to the creation, protection, and commercialization of software and related technology and services, generally, and more specifically, to the provision and use of cloud computing technologies and services, including issues surrounding information security, data protection, and privacy.

In furtherance of its mission, the Cloud Services and Software Committee's overall objectives are to provide a valuable forum to its members, and to the LES community generally, for discussing relevant topics of interest, developing programming for LES meetings and other LES activities, creating content for LES and LESI publications, and fostering opportunities to build professional relationships and networks among LES and LESI members.

Cloud Services and Software Monthly Committee Calls

Monthly Cloud Services and Software Committee calls will typically begin with a brief presentation and discussion about an issue of interest; any written presentation materials will be provided to members in advance of the call. The presentation and discussion will be followed by committee business, such as discussing the status of the committee's various projects.

Monthly call dates are generally scheduled for the third Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. EST, subject to change to accommodate speaker schedules or when calls are held jointly with another committee. Please join the Cloud Services and Software committee by clicking the "Join Group" button above (may require sign-in).
