Chapters: Western New York

Western New York Chapter

Welcome to the Western New York Chapter

The WNY Chapter is composed of four regions of Western New York State: east (Syracuse area), central (Rochester area), western (Buffalo area) and southern (Corning/Ithaca areas). Western New York State is an up and coming region of technology innovation made up of industry, university, and the service professions.

The LES WNY Chapter, following the mission of LES, holds quarterly meetings where LES Members and outside speakers address technology transfer and licensing related issues relevant to all industries. The quarterly meetings also emphasize networking, the other LES mission.

The meetings are open to both LES Members and non-members. Presentations are posted on the WNY Chapter's home page, and contact information is provided for those willing to participate in the exchange following each meeting. Some sessions may qualify for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attorneys.
