LES 2016 Annual Meeting

October 23-26, 2016

In order to comply with state continuing education board requirements and ensure the highest quality meeting, please review the following deadlines:

• Submit Bio & Head-Shot: June 30, 2016
• Return signed agreement: July 31, 2016
• Submit Presentation: September 15, 2016
• Request Special AV: September 15, 2016

Please note that only one speaker is required to submit documents per session. The LES Annual Meeting is an educational program of a non-profit organization. To save the expense of printing handouts for each session, LES posts presentations on the Annual Meeting website prior to the meeting for attendees to download and bring with them.

Consistent with the policies set by the LES Board of Trustees, speakers will not promote any one product or company. Additionally, if copyrighted materials are used in handouts or audiovisuals, speakers will obtain permission for the use of these materials prior to the presentation.

All rooms will be furnished with the following equipment: LCD projector, screen, and tabletop microphones on the head table. Speakers are required to bring their own laptops. Please indicate additional AV requests, if any, below. Please note that budget restrictions prohibit the availability of wireless microphones for workshops.
As the leader of your session, your assistance is needed with the following:

1. Please verify that all co-presenter information is correct for your session.
2. Ensure speakers adhere to the deadlines specified in the key deadlines for speakers document.
3. Notify LES of any speaker changes along the course of developing your presentation.
