Protection of U.S. Trade Secret Assets:
Critical Amendments to the Economic Espionage Act of 1996

Update on How to Protect Your Valuable Trade Secrets

Expert Presentation and Lunch

Are you like me?  Are you also derailed by emails, text messages, phone calls, snail mail, blogs, etc.?  It is easy to lose focus on what creates value in our business lives…including updates and careful perspectives.  And for me, an expert review of new legislation is a great use of my time - particularly as the topic is “Trade Secrets.”

Whether you need a refresher lesson or a first-time appreciation of the value of Trade Secrets, please join LES Wisconsin to hear R. Mark Halligan provide an efficient, timely review (or maybe a first in-depth review for some) of “The Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016.“

Mark ties it all together. Starts at the beginning. And he provides cases which makes it all real. He shows how a business operation must have appropriate identification and life cycle management of trade secrets.

The hand-outs are impressive. His publications and his work with the USPTO perhaps even more impressive.

He and the topic will continue to be dynamic, instructive, engaging.

Please join us at a luncheon in Madison on Thursday, April 27, 2017, or in Milwaukee on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

11:35 - Lunch
