 Speaker Bios:

Vimal Kotecha is a partner in Richter’s Valuations, Litigation Support and Transaction (VLT) practice. Vimal is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). During the course of his career Vimal has been retained to value business entities and intangible assets for the purposes of litigation, corporate restructuring and transaction purposes.


Nikola Zivkovic is an associate in the VLT practice, currently completing the requirements for the CBV designation. Prior to joining the VLT practice Nikola spent three years in Richter’s transfer pricing group.
