Licensing is an exciting (and complex) activity whether you are the Licensor or Licensee. Getting caught up in “the Deal” without proper diligence can result in a poor deal or no deal at all.

Our panel of experts will provide insights into what is necessary and what is “good to know” before you sit down at the negotiating table. Topics will include reputation (yours and theirs), intellectual property and trade secrets, competition, financial terms, termination, indemnification, ownership of rights, and other important terms and conditions of a license. Learn from our panelists about where and how to gather diligence information that can provide the knowledge that will lead to a productive negotiation and successful license.
