Have you thought about the knowledge and skills needed to negotiate well? Consider learning from experts in this immersive and interactive opportunity. The guiding philosophy of the course is that situational awareness and understanding of people and negotiating room dynamics wins every time over reliance on tactics like "good cop, bad cop." Our goal is to help you build a foundation that will support the development of sound strategies and implementation of fact-driven actions.
- Principles of Negotiating
- Interests vs. Positions
- Elements of Power, Leverage and Personality
- People Problems
You cannot memorize strategies or techniques to become a master negotiator, but this course can help you develop the knowledge and skills required to maintain a level of control of the negotiating process. It includes over 6 hours of a Case Study & Mock Negotiation.
