Section 101 of Title 35 U.S.C. Navigation: Discussion and Predictions

LES Colorado Chapter First Event of 2019!

Program:

A recent survey conducted by CBRE confirms what we all know: Colorado’s tech scene continues its rapid growth. The survey offers a summary that points out a key attribute of our great state: “Colorado’s tech sector is nurtured by an entrepreneurial culture that is uniquely supportive.” While Colorado’s tech-boom is, well, booming, our businesses and entrepreneurs must monitor the national landscape when it comes to patenting hi-tech innovation.

USPTO Director Andrei Iancu has made tremendous strides to advance American inventors’ rights, and thankfully many of our nation’s decision makers are heeding his advocacy.

Please join us for a lively discussion led by Brenda Speer as she provides an update regarding U.S.C. 35 Section 101 and what it means for Colorado’s patent owners and innovators.

Light appetizers and beverages will be served.

Date/Time:

Thursday, March 21
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
