This evening will be the best of networking and entertainment. While attendees enjoy this fantastic venue, this panel of industry leaders will be sharing their best war stories from prior deals, the dynamics that played into those deals, and the associated takeaways and lessons learned. This highly interactive event is intended to share insights to provoke discussion while optimizing networking.

Donna Frye is the Director of Transfer Pricing at UHY Advisors, Inc. Donna helps multinational entities on transfer pricing ("TP") issues ranging from documentation requirements to TP controversy. Recent TP projects include managed bilateral competent authority cases resulting in significant savings, TP planning issues on pricing for an automotive tier one company, headquarter services charge-out projects resulting in significant savings, TP compliance for one client in 10 different countries, conducted detailed functional analysis interviews on a worldwide basis to support the company's TP, and responded to IRS Audit Inquiries with respect to TP issues.

Michael Stewart is a founding member of Fishman Stewart PLLC. His practice includes domestic and foreign patent prosecution, e-commerce and information technology, patent opinions, intellectual property litigation (including domain name arbitration proceedings, Inter Partes Review and Post Grant Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and both state and federal court actions), domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, trademark opinions, copyrights, trade secrets, rights of publicity, intellectual property evaluations/due diligence and drafting and negotiating technology and intellectual property agreements. His litigation experience includes both trials and oral arguments before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, Michael has substantial experience managing and administering large intellectual property portfolios.

Michael Beals focuses his practice on corporate and business planning and transactions, and trust and estate planning.  He works extensively on integrating corporate and business planning with estate, wealth and business succession, and asset protection strategies.  He chairs the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group Chair. His combination of legal and business management skills assists entrepreneurs in building the proper foundation to grow, protect and transfer wealth and business interests.
