Driving Innovation: Standards in Licensing and
Intellectual Capital Management
Across the world, innovation is the principal source of differentiated and defensible competitive advantage in business. The intellectual capital associated with the innovation is the largest component of enterprise value, yet it is not well-understood by our political, financial and business leaders. In this one-day program, we are bringing together leading minds in business and technology to discuss the challenges technologists face today around licensing, IP protection and intellectual capital management and how standards can enhance the innovation economy by communicating value and easing transactions from the boardroom to the bargaining table.
LES has become an accredited American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards Developer with the goal of developing voluntary consensus-based professional practices in various areas of licensing and Intellectual Capital Management. Join other pioneering thinkers in the space for an insightful and interactive discussion that will help shape the future of the protection of our greatest assets.
