Laura is an IP &Tech transactions attorney based full-time in Silicon Valley with over 15 years of experience advising start-ups and mature businesses on complex commercial transactions. She advises both suppliers and acquirers on a broad range of commercial, IP and technology contracts including licensing, IT and outsourcing contracts, technology development and product commercialization.
She has experience of working closely with our clients' legal and commercial teams on projects requiring "hands on" legal advice, industry knowledge and commercial awareness.
