Common Interest Agreements and Nondisclosure Agreements are common agreements in Joint Ventures. However, the Agreements are often used incorrectly and interchanged improperly. This webinar will discuss the differences between the agreements and how to effective draft and use them.

Steve Feldman leads the IP group at Hahn Loeser and is the managing partner of the Chicago office.
