If you have already received an invitation to the IP100 please click the Register button above. If you have not received an invitation, please review the Eligibility Requirements HERE. If you meet the eligibility requirements and have not received an invitation, please click HERE to submit your request for an invitation. If you have questions, please call the LES office at 703-234-4058. If you register and it is determined that you do not qualify for attendance, we will refund your registration fee.

LES Cancellation Policy:

LES (USA & Canada), Inc. extends refunds for meeting and education program cancellations received prior to January 15, 2018. All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by (30 days out from the start of the meeting.) A refund of all fees, minus a $250 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after January 15, 2018. Submit all requests to LES Meetings Registration via email at meetings@les.org. LES regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the meeting. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. A transfer of your full registration to another qualified individual is permitted prior to the meeting by submitting written request to meetings@les.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another meeting. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
