Did you know that a trade-mark can be declared invalid if used by an authorised third party without proper licensing? Can a licensee institute a trade-mark infringement action against a third party who encroaches on her  territory? How should royalties be calculated? What is “Licensee estoppel”? In which jurisdictions is it compulsory to register a trade-mark licence? These and other considerations will be addressed in our upcoming webinar, by Messrs. Rami S. Yanni, Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman (Beverly Hills, U.S.A.) and Daniel S. Drapeau of DrapeauLex (Montreal, Canada) who will provide their insights on best trade-mark licensing practices, and useful advice on local particularities. This webinar will be of particular interest to practitioners, IP managers, Trade-Mark owners and those who use third party trade-marks.
