| Mr. Gibson is an independent consultant and President of DJG Management Associates. His company offers workshops in mining, prioritizing, and marketing intellectual property for research oriented companies, and business development and marketing services for startup through Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Gibson formerly worked for DuPont where he managed a variety of businesses within specialty chemicals. After leaving DuPont in 1996 Mr. Gibson worked with a DuPont joint venture company as Division President for their Specialty Products group. In 2000 Mr. Gibson started his own consulting company – DJG Management Associates – specializing in both new business development and Technology Identification and Triage workshops and marketing specific technologies from those workshops. Mr. Gibson has given presentations on these subjects at meetings for Commercial Development & Marketing Association and Licensing Executives Society. |

Bob Payne is the founder and president of IP Licensing Advisors, LLC. He founded the company in 2004. The company provides a range of advisory services in chemical and energy technology marketing and licensing. Bob also provides legal consultation and expert witness services. The company has provided services to global chemical, engineering and consulting companies and law firms.
Bob's work history includes 30 years working in petrochemicals and 20 years in licensing petrochemicals and catalysts worldwide. He began his career working for BF Goodrich (BFG) at its world scale petrochemical facility in Kentucky. He participated in and led licensee plant startup activities at world scale petrochemical plants in seven countries, later served as licensing manager for BFG and subsequently became director of licensing for Oxy Vinyls, LP.
At Oxy Vinyls he was responsible for the worldwide licensing of Oxy Vinyls, LP's monomer and polymer technologies and management of its clean-reactor coatings and monomer catalysts businesses. In his role as director of licensing, Bob was responsible for all of Oxy Vinyls, LP's licensing business activities including license, basic engineering and catalyst supply agreement negotiations.
Bob was the chair of the chemicals, energy and materials committee of LES (USA and Canada, Inc.) in 2005-2006. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Licensing Professional having satisfied the requirements of the CLPTM qualifications. |
