Sponsorship Policies

Sponsorship designation is awarded once written confirmation has been received by LES. LES reserves the right to reject a sponsor for any good faith reason. Payment in full will be required before any commitments by LES with respect to benefits. With respect to any opportunity involving activities during the meeting in the hotel, submission to LES of a signed agreement with the hotel will be required. LES does not permit: 1) Sponsorship of private functions conflicting with any scheduled Society event, or 2) Public promotion of any private function occurring during the meeting, unless explicitly authorized by the LES Board of Trustees.
