Fall in Chicago is fantastic.  Grab a pumpkin spice latte and head out to explore our amazing city.  While the lure of shopping along the Magnificent Mile is sure to tempt, consider venturing a bit further in any direction off Michigan Avenue to enjoy the full breadth of this very walkable city.  As we get closer to the meeting, we’ll be sharing several opportunities for you to “meet up” with your fellow LES “accompanying persons” to explore our great city.

We’ll provide those updates here and share via: Twitter LinkedIn Facebook Facebook  YouTube

So You Know

Chicago has a great collection of amazing sites and museums, all in the city.  If you haven’t before, you may want to take in one of them: the Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute of Chicago, Museum of Contemporary Art, Museum of Science and Industry, and the Field Museum of National History.

There are many lesser known museums with amazing collections just steps away from the hotel, including the Museum of Broadcast Communications.

The Chicago Cultural Center has a wonderful tour that features the world’s largest Tiffany stained-glass dome as well as other amazing architectural details.  This tour takes place every Wednesday at 1:15. Reserve your spot, by calling 312-744-7917.

You could spend the entire week touring Chicago’s Architectural Treasures.  The best source for these remarkable tour experiences is the Chicago Architecture Foundation.  Among the most popular and unique of their signature walking tours is:
