CLE CREDITS
LES is an approved MCLE provider by the State Bars of California, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. LES provides assistance in securing continuing education credits for CLE from other states. Attendees are eligible for up to CLE credits. For more information, go to LESUSACanada.org/CLE.
CLP™ CREDITS
Your participation at the LES 2012 Winter Meeting also counts toward CLP™ recertification. Attendees are eligible for up to 8 CLP credits.
CPE CREDITS
LES is an approved CPE provider by NASBA. Attendees are eligible for up to 9.5 CPE credits.
Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Required Forms and Signatures:
Any professional, regardless of state, who wishes to apply for CLE or CPE credit must sign-in and sign-out of the Official Record of Attendance each day and supply all the requested information. This is located at the registration area where you pick up your badge and materials. Certificates of Attendance will be available by email request after the last day of the course you attend.
Attorneys from states not listed above:
Attorneys who wish to receive MCLE/CLE credit from states not listed below should:
- Sign the Official Record of Attendance.
- Request a signed Uniform Certificate of Attendance after your attendance at the course: education@les.org.
- Submit the request for CLE credit with the required documentation to the appropriate bar association.
Additional Note: LES is required by state bar associations and NASBA to keep the Official Record of Attendance on file for a period of up to five years and may also be asked to submit this Record with signatures as documentation during an audit. Therefore, please note that Certificates of Attendance for LES Programs will not be provided after the programs to professionals who have not signed the Official Record of Attendance on-site.
