CLE Credit for the IP100 Executive Forum

As a service to our participants from the legal profession, LES provides assistance in securing CLE credit for LES activities. Certificates of Attendance will be available by email request after the last day of the course you attend. Please note the following additional information.

Required Forms and Signatures:
Any attorney, regardless of state, who wishes to apply for CLE credit must sign the Official Record of Attendance for MCLE/CLE Credit and supply all the requested information. This is located at the registration area where you pick up your badge and materials.

Attorneys from states not listed below:
Attorneys who wish to receive MCLE/CLE credit from states not listed below should:
1) Sign the Official Record of Attendance when you arrive on-site to pick up your name badge and course materials.
2) Request a signed Uniform Certificate of Attendance after your attendance at the course: education@les.org.
3) Submit the request for CLE credit with the required documentation to the appropriate bar association.

Additional Note: LES is required by state bar associations to keep the Official Record of Attendance on file for a period of up to five years and may also be asked to submit this Record with signatures as documentation during an audit. Therefore, please note that Certificates of Attendance for LES Programs will not be provided after the programs to attorneys who have not signed the Official Record of Attendance on-site.
