Presentation:

Michael Fluhler and Douglas LaLone are registered patent attorneys and partners at Fishman Stewart PLLC, an intellectual property (IP) law firm in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Their practice includes proactively securing and leveraging Strategic IP to protect and generate revenue, increase market share and exit multiples, and minimize IP risks. This interactive presentation will highlight the takeaways from their seminar on “The Five Stage Approach to Monetizing Intellectual Property,” outlining a phased approach to aligning IP with business objectives to maximize revenue. With a comprehensive understanding of an IP portfolio and the identification of targets in core and parallel markets that are strategic to the organization, the IP portfolio can be leveraged to optimize revenue as well as offensive and defensive IP positions worldwide.

A light lunch will be provided.
