Julia Klaren is an Intellectual Property Manager at Rockwell Collins. Julia has spent the last thirteen years at Rockwell Collins in IP focused business areas. The last seven years have been in the IP Management department at Rockwell Collins providing support to the Business Units on IP valuation and business process for IP focused transactions. Prior to her experience at Rockwell Collins Julia has worked in Banking/Finance and Telecommunications in various roles. Julia holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. from University of Iowa.

Sean Solberg serves as intellectual property counsel to clients ranging from tech transfer offices, university spinoffs and startups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including the medical device, biotech and agriculture industries.
He has extensive experience managing and implementing strategies for both significant and emerging patent and application portfolios, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technologies, performing due diligence investigations of intellectual property portfolios in merger and acquisition deals, evaluating the validity and enforceability of patents, advising on infringement issues, and developing trade secret protection strategies. Sean also drafts and negotiates various technology agreements, including licenses, assignments, and agreements related to research, collaboration and consulting.
