Description:
Clients need a choice of effective strategies for resolving their legal claims. A new book offers a new strategy that avoids lawsuits, supports relationships, avoids conflict and is cost effective. Structured Negotiation has a 20-year track record in successfully resolving complex disability civil rights claims without lawsuits and runaway expenses.  Come learn about a new method and how it might apply to your work.

Participants will learn:

·         How to write a letter that invites participation in a negotiated process and establish ground rules.
·         How to get the information you need without expensive discovery, confrontational depositions, or battling experts.
·         The Structured Negotiation track record.
·         How to negotiate win-win settlement language that results in a binding, enforceable settlement agreement.
·         What emotional qualities serve a negotiator operating without the safety net of law suits and civil procedure?
