Deeth Williams Wall LLP
Join us for a lively, practical discussion led by James Kosa of Deeth Williams Wall LLP on Ethical Negotiations.
Contract negotiations and execution is a minefield of ethical issues and exposure relating to good faith dealings. James will:
- Explore the evolution of the duty to contract in good faith;
- Discuss the intersection of contract law and public policy (and why courts sometimes do not enforce your contract); and,
- Provide scenarios and examples of realistic ethical problems for discussion and resolution.
