Top 10 Court Decisions of 2016 Affecting Licensing
The Vancouver Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society is very pleased to invite you to a presentation by Russell E. Levine of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he will identify and discuss what he considers to be the "Top 10 Court Decisions of 2016 Affecting Licensing” and discuss the potential implications of those decisions on the drafting and negotiating of patent license agreements.
Russell is a Past-President of LES, and his extremely-popular, “Top 10 Court Decisions Affecting Licensing” workshop at LES annual meetings each year is consistently a standing room only event. This is an encore of his presentation at the Oct. 2016 LES Annual Meeting.
