Presentation and Lunch

The Vancouver Chapter of the Licensing Executive Society is very pleased to invite you to a presentation by Russell E. Levine of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he will identify and discuss what he considers to be the "Top 10 Court Decisions of 2017 Affecting Licensing” and discuss the potential implications of those decisions on the drafting and negotiating of patent/technology license agreements.  Russell is a past president of LES (USA and Canada), and his extremely-popular “Year’s Top 10 Court Decisions Affecting Licensing” workshop at LES annual meetings each year is consistently standing room only, and his “encore” presentations to the Vancouver Chapter each year are also extremely popular.
