LES Research Triangle Park Chapter presents:

The Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Valuation

Date/Time:
Tuesday, October 17, 2017: 11:45 am - 1:15 pm Eastern

Description:
Intellectual Property (“IP”) owners and service providers find it necessary to value IP in a variety of contexts (e.g., transactions, litigation, bankruptcy, etc.). This program is an IP valuation “crash course” addressing high-level valuation concepts, specific valuation approaches, and common valuation pitfalls. Attention will be paid to how a specific valuation context can affect the valuation processes and conclusions. The speaker will draw from his extensive experience in IP valuation to illustrate the key points of the presentation with real-world examples. The program will last 30-40 minutes followed by an open question and answer session.
