Experts in license negotiation will discuss a variety of best practices used during licensing negotiations. In addition to best practice tips, it will cover ethical, cultural and special considerations that should be incorporated into negotiations. Ethical considerations include responding/dealing with unethical behavior and professional rules that pertain to negotiations. Licenses are about getting a good deal for both parties because both will live with the deal in the long term. Valuable tools for gaining alignment will be presented. Attendees will leave with increased knowledge of negotiation techniques.

The garage is just north of Victor Street (which turns into Pierce Street), on the west side of Bagby (which is one-way going south).
On the map, the garage is near the upper-left corner, just above what's shown as the BlackFinn restaurant. The actual restaurant that's there now is The Republic Smokehouse & Saloon.
