Effective Tech Transfer in China: A practical view of making effective deals with small to medium sized firms in China

This presentation will focus on proven models for effective technology transfer and business cooperation in China.  It will draw on the experiences of the successful General Motors entry into the China vehicle market for vehicle assembly and the related component and systems supply.  The discussion will also include recent ASL experience in identifying potential partners in China and forging successful technology related technology acquisitions and licensing deals.
