This presentation will focus on: patent reform (where things stand, and where they are likely to go); the overall climate for patent enforcement; the rise of the PTAB as a new litigation forum for accused infringers; and, trends in NPE litigation.

Neal Slifkin is leader of Harris Beach’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, and co-leader of the Internet Law Practice Group. He also serves on the Science and Technology, Telecommunications and Media, and Food and Beverage Industry Teams.
