Building, Maintaining and Leveraging Your Patent Portfolio: A Qualitative Approach

This presentation will look at market drivers and intellectual property trends that are affecting patent value. It will touch onhow IP strategy needs to align with corporate strategy, as well as the different aspects and approaches involved in understanding patents of value in a portfolio. Once one has a knowledge and understanding of a portfolio, one can then make informed decisions on how all of this feeds into the different monetization options available.
