The Toronto Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada) is very pleased to invite you to a presentation by Eileen McMahon and Cheryl Reicin of Torys LLP, who discuss "Licensing in the Life Sciences Space (United States, Canada, and ex North America)." Their presentation will include trends and what to watch for in life sciences licensing, and will address the impact of recent United States court decisions (and pending decisions) on licensing transactions. Eileen and Cheryl are engaging speakers and will provide plenty of anecdotal case studies during their talk. They are also happy to take questions and have an interactive discussion. Please join us.

Eileen McMahon is the Co-Chair of Torys' Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory Practice and is a member of Torys’ Executive Committee.
