Valuation and Taxation Committee

The functions of the Valuation and Taxation Committee are:

Provide a forum for education, discussion and networking for all interested LES members concerning the valuation and tax issues pertaining to the development, technology transfer and licensing of intellectual property.
Through the personal experiences of its members, develop and define problems in the evaluation and taxation pertaining to the development, technology transfer and licensing of intellectual property and seek solutions.
Disseminate the results of the committee's work within LES via publications and workshop sessions at LES meetings or in special seminars.
