Intellectual Asset Management - It’s a Journey
Harry J. Gwinnell, Counsel, Greenblum & Bernstein, former Chief IP Counsel at Cargill, Eastman Chemical and Cabot, and Assistant Chief IP Counsel at United Technologies
Managing a company’s IP assets can be challenging on several fronts. Based on his experiences in three major companies, Mr. Gwinnell will explore some of these challenges, not only from the perspective of what to do, but also how to get it done. He will cover the “journey” from the value destruction perspective in failing to do it, all the way up to the visionary stage that some, but not many, companies attain.
