Russell Levine will guide us through the 10 case law developments, legislation, government policies, trends, and/or other things most likely to impact licensing in 2012. He’ll also provide us with practical tips and considerations for use in our licensing practice.
Russell Levine is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He specializes in patent infringement litigation and patent licensing and has written and lectured extensively on these legal topics. His practice also includes Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Russell also serves as a valued member of the LES International and LES USA & Canada organizations, serving as Counsel to the LESI Board of Trustees, LES International Delegate, Chair of the LESI Dispute Resolution Committee and Vice-Chair of the LESI Long Range Planning Committee.
Russell Levine's Top 10 Court Decisions workshop has been one of the best-attended sessions at the LES Annual Meeting the past few years. This event has been organized in conjunction with the LES Seattle Chapter and an application will be made for CLE credit for those in the legal profession wishing to attend.
